I-Ching (宜靜, ee-jing) is a REALTOR® and a skilled listener, seeking the right questions to encourage confident partnerships on real estate goals. In the pursuit of the best possible outcome for her clients, she nurtures relationships across the industry, respects data, hones her intuition, and works hard for strategic and successful negotiations in the Greater Boston Region.

I-Ching has worked for over a decade in real estate and architecture. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and from Harvard University with a Master in Architecture. Uniquely adept at understanding the core nuances of the local real estate markets as well as space and building design, I-Ching offers stem to stern needs for her clients - including real estate evaluation, purchase and sale, rental, design, and management throughout the life cycle of their relationship to the properties.

Committed to thoughtful community service, she is on her town’s Housing Partnership Board and Town Meeting and served as an elected member of the Planning Board. She plays the cello, loves exploring trails and libraries, and is most content digging in a garden.
