I-Ching (宜靜, ee-jing) is an architectural designer and Realtor®. She is a skilled listener and seeks the right questions to encourage confident partnerships on real estate goals. In the pursuit of the best possible outcome for her clients, she nurtures relationships across the industry, respects data, hones her intuition, and works hard for favorable and successful negotiations.I-Ching has worked for over a decade in real estate, architecture, and project management. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and from Harvard University with a Master in Architecture. Uniquely adept at understanding the core nuances of the local real estate markets as well as space and building design, I-Ching offers stem to stern services to address the needs of her clients - including real estate evaluation, purchase and sale, rental, design, and property management throughout the life-cycle of their relationship to the properties.Committed to thoughtful community service, I-Ching volunteers in her children’s public schools and serves as an elected member of the Planning Board for the Town of Winchester. She is driven by her work to advocate for the smart growth of beautiful and sustainable communities that meet a diversity of housing needs, offer ease of transit and mobility, and nurture equitable prosperity. She plays the cello, loves exploring trails and libraries, and is most content digging in a garden.
