More About Me

I-Ching is a skilled listener. As both an architectural designer and Realtor®, she seeks the right questions to invite collaboration and to advise clients on complex real estate goals. She respects data, hones her intuition, and strives for effective and successful negotiations.

I-Ching has worked for over a decade in architecture, project management, and real estate. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and from Harvard University with a Master in Architecture. She is dedicated to providing first-rate service with the purchase and sale of properties throughout Greater Boston. In addition, she offers full-service for property evaluation, design, and management throughout the process.

Having lived and worked in Boston for two decades, I-Ching has extensive insider knowledge of the city as well as surrounding suburbs and exburbs. She was born in Taiwan, grew up in Michigan, landed in Boston for grad school, and established deep roots. She currently resides in Winchester with her fellow architect husband, young children, and aging pup. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and responds to both “I-Ching” (宜靜, ee-jing) and “Katie” with equal preference.

She plays the cello, loves exploring nature trails and art galleries, and is most content holding a library card or garden shovel.

Dedicated to thoughtful community engagement and betterment, a portion of all I-Ching’s transactions benefits Heading Home - a nonprofit dedicated to ending homelessness for families in Greater Boston.
